Return Policy

We offer a free return on your first eligible order only.

To qualify for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • The product must have an eligible return badge/tag displayed on the product page. Products without a return-eligible badge are not covered under this return policy.

First Return

  • Your first eligible return is free of charge.

Subsequent Returns

  • For all returns after the first free return, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer and may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

  • A full refund may not be applicable in all cases. Platform fees, payment processing fees, shipping charges, and other applicable deductions may be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Depending on the product category and return condition, the refund may be provided as:

    • Original payment refund (after applicable deductions),

    • Store credit, or

    • Coupon/voucher code for future purchases.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear
  • Bodysuits
  • Accessories
  • Items bought during clearance or sale

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

Return Pickup

  • In most locations, we provide a return pickup service.
  • If pickup is unavailable, you may need to self-ship the product. Shipping charges will be reimbursed if the return is approved.

Size Exchange Policy

We offer one free size exchange per order.

To be eligible for a size exchange:

  • The exchange request must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • The product must have an eligible exchange badge/tag displayed on the product page.

First Size Exchange

  • The first size exchange is free of charge.

  • We will cover the shipping cost for the first eligible size exchange.

Additional Size Exchanges

  • Any size exchange requested after the first free size exchange will be subject to shipping and handling charges, which must be paid by the customer.

Out of Stock Sizes

  • If the requested replacement size is unavailable, we may offer:

    • Store Credit, or

    • A coupon code for the refundable amount after applicable deductions, valid on future purchases.

  • Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Only size changes are covered under this policy; product style or color changes may require a new order.

  • We reserve the right to reject exchange requests if the product does not meet the eligibility requirements.

  • Handbags are non-returnable and non-exchangeable items. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for handbags under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions or are found to be used, damaged, or missing original tags/packaging.
